2022年10月11日,炬光科技出席光電匯舉辦的主題直播——“光言萬物”。在本次直播中,炬光科技應用系統產品總監顧維一發表題為《高功率半導體激光系統在泛半導體制程領域的應用 》的報告。

報告摘要

隨著激光技術的飛速發展,激光應用領域在廣度和深度上不斷拓展,各行業對于加工效率以及加工精度也不斷提出更高的要求,進而對高均勻度以及不同尺寸光斑的需求不斷增多。激光光斑從傳統的“點”已經逐漸發展為加工效率更高的“線”和“面”。

炬光科技結合自身“產生光子”、“調控光子”的能力,設計出的高均勻度、光斑形狀可定制的高可靠性光子應用系統已被廣泛應用在先進顯示、集成電路、鋰電池制造、玻璃和光伏等泛半導體制程中以實現更高的加工效率和提高生產良率,具體應用于OLED 制程中的激光剝離,集成電路制程中的激光退火、新型顯示制程中的巨量焊接等泛半導體制程領域。

演講人:顧維一,炬光科技應用系統產品總監。畢業于西安工業大學電信學院,工學碩士學位,在激光應用領域有超過十年的從業經驗,專注于高功率半導體激光系統在先進制造和泛半導體領域的產品和應用開發,先后主導了炬光科技DLight H、DLight S及FLux H系列高功率半導體激光系統的產品開發。
